Gabriel Garcia

Mr. Garcia serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and is also president of SOPA. He was born in Peru and obtained a Medical Degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas in Mexico in 1980. Mr. Garcia has been in private practice as a pediatrician since 1990 through the present. He is also Chief Pediatrician since 1992 at Saint Dominic's Home Foster Care Agency. Since 2003, Mr. Garcia has been involved in helping the poor children of his homeland, Peru.  Four years ago, he helped organize SOPA to help people living in the Andean region of Peru where the need for basic human necessities such as education, health, housing and food is scarse.
