Jackie Rebatta

Mrs. Rebatta serves as the SOPA’s secretary. This past October she went to Peru with SOPA to assist in their annual mission.  Mrs. Rebatta is the Vice President of an international travel company, she is the mother of two and is married to Armin Rebatta, who is a native of Peru.  Mrs. Rebatta lives in New Jersey but her family descends from the Andean Region where she spent several years of her childhood.  Having spent several years living in Peru and revisiting the country often, she feels a strong tie with the Andean community. She has witnessed firsthand the need for an organization like SOPA that can provide much needed resources like medical and educational assistance.  This cause has moved her and her family so deeply that her own teenage daughter spent part of the summer in Peru volunteering at a school in the Andean Region.
